Finally had some time tonight to get some pictures in order to post. I tried to keep them at 300 kb or less. Hope it's ok to post this many...

Susan and Fundy

First one is our pony/mini Rocky not long after he arrived.

This one is of Lady not long after she arrived, very much in foal for Fundy.

Lady and Rocky running after we bathed them for the very first time. These guys had never been groomed much or given much attention.

Shortly after Fundy made his appearance. Lady surprised us, we did not expect him for another two weeks.

Hoo boy, if you lived any closer to me you'd have to keep Fundy under lock and key!!!!
He is just the most lovaable looking little guy.
So sweet.
All your horses look beautiful and well cared for.
How are Fundys legs doing? I sure hope the little guy is going to be ok.

What precious pictures - thank you so much for sharing them with us. Fundy is such a pretty cutie and the rest are really pretty horses.

Oh! What a nice treat to be able to see all your horses Sue!
Cute horses and ponies! I love the one of the kitty on the back of Coal's back, how funny! Laughing

I too, am wondering how lil' Fundy's legs are now?

Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments about our wee ones. They are all so special, each has his/her own unique personality and all are very loveable! They all LOVE kisses. My husband, Roger feeds them in the morning and the first thing he does is goes down the aisle and plants a kiss on each little nose, it's too cute!

Fundy is doing good although his front feet are still not entirely well, especially the left one. That's the one the vet (Randy) put a special little shoe on for the second time this past Sunday. He also trimmed and trimmed as much as he could because Fundy's hooves are not spreading properly and the shorter he goes the more they separate at the back, as they should, when he walks and puts pressure on the hoof. His little left leg is still quite crooked.

This picture was taken October 8th 2006, a few days before he got a good trim and the special shoe was applied for the first time.

But what a difference the shoe has made. He couldn't kick up his hind legs before and now he hardly limps and kicks up a storm and runs like the wind LOL!

Thanks again for all the wonderful comments...

Horsy Hugs,

I deleted the second post for ya Sue, I don't know why it happened, I've had it do that for me a couple times, too.

Fundy's little legs are looking GREAT and I'm glad to hear that his heels are opening up. Yes, as he puts his weight on his hooves correctly, they will open up. It looks like your vet is doing a pretty god job of trimming him, you just have to keep them as short as possible.

I revceived your e-mail this morning, but haven't had time to reply yet...I will do that now.

I'm glad that lil' Fundy is doing so well, bless his wittle heart. Sounds like he has a wonderful Dwarf Momma & Poppa! Very Happy
THANK YOU!

Hey Sue! A fellow Canadian rk01_aola
Must have missed you joining us.

Loved seeing your herd! Especially Fundy! Pink Smile
Got a soft spot for the underdog but he seems to be doing well.

I really like his name too...could it be from the Bay of Fundy?

Thanks for sharing all your pics Sue!!!!
I love your animals and I have a soft spot for little Fundy. He reminds me so much of my wee Casey.
