I was on facebook and Penni messaged me that it is flooding where Bill and Wanalyn are at. Following is the message: I'm sitting here bawling as I feel so bad for them! Anyway they should could use all of our prayers right now!
Below is our messaging:

Penni:
Vickie,,,,Bill and wanalynn have lost their farm to flood...dont know how many horses cant get on little bits to share....bill saved one stallion...they fear the dwarfs are gone....tried to get there police have the roads blocked bill is in house wanalynn is at top of driveway..Bill cant get out of house and wanalynn cant get in....water over 4ft all fencing gone she said...can only see a few horse outside...still raining.

Vickie:
Oh no - this just made me start crying - I didn't know the weather was bad down your way. I'm upset and so sorry for them.

Penni:
maybe someone can post it...they are really going to need help in every way possible...they have lost everything..I am going to try to get there in the morning hopefully the water will subside by then...this was all just today starting at 4pm

Vickie:
are you in an ok area.

Penni:
my place has lots of water some flooding but lots of hills the horses can go higher...can you tell Janell maybe they can set up a fund or something..l..someone has to help this is un real.

Vickie:
This makes me sick - I'm so so sorry - Please know my prayers have started.

Penni:
we all need to pray ...can you contact Janell...their cell phones are about out of battery no way to charge....

Vickie:
Sure - I will post this message on Little Bits for all to see - if this is fine with you.

Penni:
yes thats fine...I dont think they would mind maybe run it by janell first.....

Vickie
Penni - please stay safe.

Penni:
I will more worried about them....I cant imagine the loss...plus they are not together cant even console each other..

Vickie:
Did it just start storming today? Here we are in a drought and you guys are flooding. I know how awful it must be for the both of them.

Penni:
I went to mow and it started raining at 3.45 hasnt stopped...talked to wanalynn thru out the day...when she got home that is what she saw devastation.

Vickie:
I feel so sorry for them. I know how they love their animals. I can't even imagine how hard this would be. .

Penni:
I just wish Bill could get out of the house or she could get in so they could be together....

Vickie:
I Know - and the cops can't get Bill out? Like national guard or something with thier large vehicles? I know when we flooded like 10 miles from here the national guard went in and rescued people.

Penni:
wanalynn called 911 and said national guard has to come they said no...she was livid.....

Vickie:
That is awful!!! I pray for their safety. I can't believe they wouldn't go in and rescue him!! That is awfulWell I do believe but hope you know what I mean.

Penni:
yes I do...please contact Janell if you would.

Vickie:
I am talking to her now - both of us crying.

Vickie:
7:43pm
How long before Bill got home had all this startedIs the house flooded.

Penni:
Bill was home all day wanalynn left to work on the donkey farm she works for on weekends...there was flooding at that farm...she hurried home to find this...yes bill shut off electric because there is several inches of water...he has dogs and one horse in the house..

THANK YOU SO MUCH, for posting this Vickie..

I feel so very helpless right now,I wish there was something I could do....all I can do is to ask for everyone to PLEASE keep Wanalynn and Bill and all of their animals in their thoughts and in their prayers.

I am just thankful that Bill and Wanalynn seem to be OK!

I just can't imagine the devastation that there must be!

My heart goes out to them and I am praying that their dwarf babies are OK and all of their animals........my precious little Angel, please be safe with your little buddies

I will post with Bill and Wanalynn's mailing address...... let's all send them a card and what money we can to help with the material things.

Whatever messages I get I will give you updates on. I feel so helpless in what I can do for them right now. This is when I wish I could just be there with them to help in whatever way I could. They are definitely in my prayers even as I type this and also Penni too. May they all continue to be safe!

Vickie:
OH Penni - I'm so sorry - they have to help them. They can't just leave them like this. I know others are in need of help also but when it's been asked and they won't help them, this is awful.

Penni:
wanalynn just called a neighbor on hill came told her that her two run ins in back are gone...propane tank gone...now 12 inches of water in house...wanalynn said water has droppped some she can see the top of some fence now....still said she wants to see bill he is stuck in the house...news said this was the worst hit area the reason they would not let me thru is because a house came off its foundation and was in middle of the road...I told them somehow I would get there in the morning to help....continue to pray please.

Vickie:
I'm so so sorry!! I have been praying since you first messaged me. I wish there was more I could do! This is just awful!.

Penni:

The storm that was headed their way sounded bad, so I have been praying for them. I am crying as I type this as I have been to their place and know about the low places. I pray the horses found some place to survive. I pray that Bill and Wanalynn will be together soon. Mother Nature is sure hard on good folks and I hope the water subsides and shows a rainbow over them. Bill and Wanalynn please know you are in my prayers. Vickie, thank you so much for posting about their situation. Penni, thanks for letting us know what is going on and I pray you continue to be safe. Be careful trying to go over to help as hidden problems might be out there and you need to stay safe. Again I pray all will be better in the morning. Penni they will appreciate your support. Thanks for going over to help them when you can. Lots of hugs and prayers. Penni, please keep us posted on what is happening when you can.

Oh dear Jesus, have mercy. I am horrified at what they and their animals have been going through. Thank you Vickie and Penni for informing us and for letting us know all that is transpiring. Penni, yes, be very careful!!! Does anyone have a small boat, canoe, anything that can traverse the water or is it moving fast?? This is way beyond horrible.

Jeanie, I didn't think that she meant it was Bill and Wanalyn's house that washed away, but a different one which is why Penni couldn't get down the road. That was just my understanding, I don't really know.

I searched for news articles and found two shorts ones that said 3-4 inches of rain fell in one hour, and there is more expected through 8 pm today with a possible thunderstorm over the next two days. It said there are two emergency shelters open, one in Bill and Wanalyn's town, and no reported deaths. Thank God the people are okay. Many tears here too... cannot imagine the horror Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

I emailed the editor of the local paper there asking if they can send someone out to help them or to give more information. I hope they get back with me. This is just unbelievable. Still in tears:(
