Cody, one of Wesley's high school buddies who lives in the Pasedina area, came over for a visit Saturday, he brought most of his family.
Wife, April, 4 year old daughter, Cordillia (Cordie), 2 year old daughter, Malerie, and 7 week old son, Philip. He has a step son, Roy, who is who is about 11 now, I believe, he was with his father last weekend.

Cordie brushing the hay off of Dulce, that Malerie had put there.

I have to say, little Cordie is my favorite, she's a very bright little girl, and she likes to do her own thing, she says her sister and brother are TOO noisy! Laughing
She found a little calculater/pencil case and was playing with it..I think she looks like a little Pixie. Very Happy

Very sweet pix Janell! and Lil is sure a wonderful dog to allow that precious cuddling! Love

My garden this year is just berserk with growth. It's a beautiful thing Very Happy I built five more garden boxes and had fun coming up with new designs. Am seriously considering selling the plans for them as so many people really like them. This year I got ten year old compost from a rancher, very organic, and added organic potting mix for my soil. No fertilizer, just water, and the plants and seeds are growing like crazy. All my seeds are heirloom, organic. And all my plants are organic with most also being heirloom. God has really blessed this garden effort! I've even harvested and ate beets already from seed that wasn't planted till June 15th. Here are two photos, one taken June 23rd and then the other taken July 27th. Take note of the very tiny tomato plant in the front far right corner, and then see how it is in the later pix! The tomatos are 4 feet and taller, the peppers 2 feet tall.

OH! WOW! That's just awesome, Debi!

I LOVE your raised boxes! And YES, you should sell the plans to them!

Where do you get all your seeds and plants?

Thank you Janell. I started making my raised boxes about four years ago. Most of my seeds and all my plants I purchase through the same company that I buy lots of my groceries through, Azure Standard. They are a Christian based organic and natural product distributor. I meet the truck once a month at a drop point to get my order. They handle products for hundreds of companies and at much lower then what you would buy at a natural food store. In fact, several of the natural foods stores are customers of theirs as well.
