I wanted you so badly my sweet Puddin'. I loved you with all my heart, even though I had never even seen you yet. You entertained us with all your activity for so many months. I believe you knew your name, and I believe you knew you were loved so very much, as well. I think you enjoyed the petting and scratching I gave you while you were still in Momma Sealtainn's tummy, too....I miss you so much baby boy, I'm so sorry you never even had a chance to take even one breath, but I think it may have been a blessing, little one.

You were so perfect in every way! 21" tall, and I know you had to have weighed at least 20 pounds, probably more...you were such a big boy, only 5 inches shorter than your Momma!

Gammie and Grandpa and big brother Wesley will never forget you baby boy.

You stay close to your big brother, Little Bit, he'll show you just how much fun you guys can have with those Angel wings. Enjoy those lush, green pastures of Heaven baby boy, run free and wild on those beautiful long legs..... Gammie will see you and Little Bit again one of these days.

Tiny angel sent to us today,
paused so briefly before flying away.

You showed us how quickly a love can grow
in the hearts of the people your touch did know.

We used to look forward to seeing your face
but we didn't know God hadn't chosen this place.

For you he had a much better place in mind
but allowed us a visit to ease all our minds.

To show us the beauty of what he had made
and let us know waiting was the price that was paid.

To know that our little one's safe in his arms
far away from the chaos and chance of all harms.

He knew just like we did how special you are
and chose for you paradise even though it was far.

Are hearts would be broken and tears they would fall
but stronger together, he knew we'd stand tall.

He knew that the love we all share was just right
to allow us together to stay strong through the night.

To greet the next morning and every day after
hearing your footsteps in each others laughter.

Keeping the lessons that day you did teach
about living and loving and the angels in reach.

About trusting and knowing that He has a plan
and sometimes theirs sorrow and we don't understand.

But always a light will come back to the sky
To show us the angels as they're flying by.

Like Emmah, our angel, we held for awhile
that will always be remembered in our hearts with a smile

Rest in peace little angel Puddin. What a beautiful perfect little boy you are. Heaven needed you more... I hope you know just how much you were loved.

Please keep a special place for my little boys once their time comes go be with you over the rainbow bridge.

(If this were written on paper with ink, it would be all smeared Crying or Very sad )

Oh Puddin, you look so alive and perfect. What in the world happened that such a beautiful baby wasn't allowed to live? I'm so sorry Janell, he was a special baby.

Hi Jill!!!! I am SO HAPPY to see your post!!!! It's been WAY too long since we have heard from you girlie!!! Sad We have missed you, too! Sad How are you and your precious little Peggy Sue doing these days????...VERY WELL I hope! Can we please have an update soon? and perhaps some new pix, too????... Purdy please???

Well, it was touch and go with little Sealtainn, at first, as she was in shock and had a little paralysis in her back end from all of the trauma she went though....it was a horrible ordeal for the little thing. We think that little Puddin' must have died about 12 hours before Sealtainn went into labor, as his little eyes were cloudy. We think perhaps the placenta broke prematurely, which I guess was a blessing, as he didn't have to suffer with the vet and my son trying so hard to get him delivered, Sealtainn was just to small for him to be delivered.

Sealtainn was rushed to the vet clinic, right after Puddin' was out, and that's where they got IV fluids and antibiotics into to her immediately, she was so weak! They also flushed her for 3 days in a row.

She stayed at the clinic for 3 days and then was able to come home.

Sealtainn was so thin, after having Puddin', it's taken me awhile to get weight back on her, but she is looking good now, and doing very well, being a Biscuit and is enjoying the cooler weather now. However, her thick winter coat felt good the last couple of days with out skiff of snow and freezing temps!....very unusual for this area!

Sealtainn still expects to get her after dinner mint AND Puddin's, too. ...I always tell her, this one is for you baby girl, and this one is for little Puddin', just as I had done the 8 months before we lost her baby boy.

My dear sweet friend, Kathy Hancock, (sweetb) who made Little Bit's beautiful grave stone is also working on one for Puddin', and I can't wait to see it! She makes them from stained glass and cement and what a treasure they are!

I still don't understand why little Sealtainn and I could not have had her little Puddin' here with us, I guess it just wasn't meant to be, but I don't know WHY! Crying or Very sad I had SO looked forward to seeing him running circles around his Momma, nibblin' green grass and being a big part of the Biscuit herd! Sad

Here's a pic pf Little Bit's grave stone
